CoreData respects your privacy. In the course of our business it is necessary for us to collect certain Personal Information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This information allows us to identify who an individual is for the purposes of our business, including to manage and develop our professional database, invite database members to participate in research projects, run research projects for our clients, manage incentives and benefits, to share reports and insights, to contact database members in the ordinary course of business and to otherwise transact with them.

We will only use the personal information you provide to us to maintain and operate our professional database and ensure that it is up date with the information we need to provide those on our database an opportunity to participate in the market research projects we undertake on behalf of our clients and ourselves.

Without limitation, the type of information we may collect is:

• Personal Information. Your personal details such as your name, location, date of birth, nationality and other demographic information that allows us to identify who the individual is and their suitability to participate in research projects
• Contact Information. Your email address, telephone, residential, business and postal address and other information that allows us to contact you
• Information an individual sends us. Any personal correspondence that you send us, or that is sent to us by others about your activities for the purpose of maintaining our database or conducting market research
• General Information about you such as information regarding your computer, network and browser. This may include your IP address. Where non-Personal Information is collected the Privacy Act does not apply.

We may also disclose your personal information to IT providers, our lawyers or where otherwise required by law.

Personal Information that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Australia, including the Philippines, European Economic Area, the United States or any other country in which CoreData or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By providing your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
